Do I need my own n8n account?
Ideally yes, so you fully own the automation. I build the workflow directly in your account. If you don't have one, I'll guide you through setting up n8n Cloud in a few minutes.
Who pays for OpenAI and other API usage?
You do, through your own API keys. A typical mid-size workflow costs around 20 to 50 USD per month to run, and I estimate it for your case before we start.
Can you work with Make.com or Zapier instead?
Yes, I work with Make as well. n8n is usually cheaper and more flexible for AI workflows, but I recommend whatever fits your case best.
What happens if the workflow breaks later?
Every workflow I build includes error handling and alerts, so you find out before your customers do. Message me and I will help you diagnose it.
