Which tools and systems can you work with?
I work mainly with Odoo (Sales, Invoicing, Inventory), but I can also use other ERPs/CRMs, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and your own internal tools, as long as you provide access and basic instructions.
How do you track the 40 hours per month?
I log my time in a simple shared timesheet (Sheet/Excel or your system). You can see date, task, and time spent so you always know how many hours are used and what I did.
Can you work with sensitive data (prices, customers, contracts)?
