1. What files do I need to provide before you start?
I can work from hand sketches, old drawings, images, or PDF plans. If you have CAD files, that’s even better. The clearer your references, the faster and more accurate the work will be.
2. Can you create drawings without exact measurements?
Yes — I can draft based on approximate dimensions or scale from photos/sketches. However, these drawings will be for presentation/concept use only, not for construction approval.
3. Do you follow a specific drafting standard?
Yes — I follow international architectural drafting standards (or your preferred local standard) for line weights, annotations, and dimensioning.
4. Will I get editable files?
Editable DWG files are included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package includes non-editable PDF/JPEG only (you can upgrade if you need editable formats).
5. Can you make changes after delivery?
Yes — revisions are included as per the package you select. Additional changes beyond that can be done for a small extra fee.
6. Can you handle large or complex projects?
Absolutely. For projects above the Premium package area limit, please contact me for a custom offer.
