No. Existing Salesforce Files remain intact. For the Premium package, we also include migration of those existing files into your chosen external storage.
Which cloud storage providers are supported?
OneVaultForce currently supports Google Drive, AWS S3, Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, and two more integrations. Multiple providers can be active simultaneously in the same org.
Can different teams use different storage providers?
Yes. With the Standard and Premium packages, you can configure different storage providers for different objects or user profiles — e.g., Sales uses Google Drive while Support uses SharePoint.
Is it compatible with Experience Cloud portals?
