About this gig
Does your business depend on old software that is becoming difficult to maintain? Replacing it means protecting your data, reports and essential workflows while keeping the system familiar to the people who use it.
I'm a Fiverr Vetted Pro and Top Rated developer with 25+ years of experience rebuilding business software, including systems with partial or missing source code. I review how the current application works, identify risks and plan a staged modernization you can assess one step at a time.
The $300 package covers an initial assessment of one application. You'll receive written findings, key risks and recommended next steps. Development is quoted separately in fixed-price modules.
Please message me before ordering with a brief overview of your system and what files or documentation you have.

FAQ
Do I need the original source code?
No. Source code helps, but I can also review an installed application, database, documentation, screenshots or a demonstration. I will explain any limits these create.
Do I need to know what technology the application uses?
No. Identifying the platform can be part of the assessment.
What does the $300 package include?
A review of one application and written findings covering key risks and recommended next steps. It does not include coding or a complete rebuild specification.
Can you preserve our existing data and workflows?
That is usually a priority. I will assess what needs to be preserved and recommend how to test it during migration.
How much will the full modernization cost?
It depends on the application's features, data and dependencies. After reviewing it, I can propose fixed-price development modules.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please describe the application and what materials you have so I can confirm that this package is suitable.
