Read-only access to your Google Ads account (via MCC or email invite) and a quick note on your main goals and target audience. That's it.
Is this only for B2B companies?
I specialize in B2B, but the audit framework works for any lead generation business. If you sell directly to consumers or run an ecommerce store, I'm probably not the best fit.
What if my account is brand new or has very little data?
I can still audit your setup, structure, and tracking. But the more data there is, the more actionable my recommendations will be. I'll be upfront about what I can and can't assess.
Will you also implement the changes?
The audit packages focus on analysis and recommendations. If you want me to implement the changes, we can set up a separate management contract after the audit.
