I recently got a Blender addon that allows users to directly move strands like normal curves, rather than having a fixed hairstyle that can only be modified. This means that you can expect a fully functional system with separated sections, all moveable individually.

Yes I can. The quality will suffer from it, but it is to be expected on extremely low poly meshes. It definitely will not work well with detailed hairstyles.

If they aren't particularly detailed, they can be created and optimized via the AR addon I have in Blender.

None of this can be done in a short time, please wait for me to deliver within the set timeframe. I want to offer quality work, which cannot be rushed. Sometimes I may already have ongoing projects as well, so I'd have to split the work to deliver everything on time.

On Artstation, many artists have different packages for different licenses. The ones aimed for commercial purposes cost more. Fiverr takes a good % out of my gain and I lose more of if with the currency conversion. If you want to use my product for profit, I'd need an additional compensation for it.
