Not unless you request fully automatic replies. By default, the AI prepares a response and sends it to Telegram for your review. The email is only sent after you press the approval button.
Can I ask the AI what to write?
Yes. You can reply to the Telegram notification with short instructions, and the AI will turn them into a professional email response.
Can I rewrite the generated response?
Yes. You can press the Rewrite button, provide new instructions, and receive an updated version before sending.
Can you customize it for my business?
Yes. The workflow can be customized for customer support, sales, appointments, complaints, HR, or other email processes.
Are API and subscription costs included?
No. The buyer is responsible for n8n, OpenAI, email, Telegram, and any other third-party service or API costs.
