What will we discuss on the call?
Whatever you need! I'll read through your info and brainstorm the issues you mention before our call, so I'll come with some ideas prepared. But this is your time to suggest potential ideas and ask questions.
What if I'm late or miss the call?
Life happens! Please message me to reschedule the call up to 5 hours beforehand. I'll join the call at the scheduled time, so please make sure you are on time and ready too! Unfortunately, if you're late or have to end early, or miss the call without advance notice, that time cannot be transferred.
Do you offer refunds or revisions?
My goal is to help you succeed, but, like any other business coach, I can't guarantee sales or results since there are so many factors that affect a business outside my control. For this reason, I'm not able to offer revisions or refunds after the service is delivered.
How will calls be scheduled and completed?
I will send you a calendar and Zoom link to arrange the call. I'm PST time and conduct calls Monday through Friday
What does "Text Support" mean?
I'm here to help! You can message me to get the answer to your business questions. I'm not online 24/7, but I'll always get back to you as soon as possible (usually within a couple of hours).

okay clearly there's no way you get to this many reviews and possibly have a bad experience. I've paid for a lot of these kinds of consults, plenty of times before, but not a single one was as actionable as what I got from Nik and for the price, there's literally no reason to go anywhere else.
