What is a client welcome packet?
A client welcome packet introduces your business, explains your process and helps new clients understand what happens next. It can include a welcome letter, project roadmap, preparation checklist, communication guidelines and FAQs.
What do you need to get started?
Please send your final text, logo, brand colours, fonts and any photos you want included. Share your preferred page size and examples of designs you like.
Will I receive an editable Canva file?
Yes. Every package includes an editable Canva link so you can update your text and images later. Please tell me before ordering whether your account is Canva Free or Pro so I can choose suitable assets.
Do you write the content?
The listed packages cover design and layout using your supplied text. I can suggest a page structure, but content writing, substantial rewriting and proofreading are quoted separately.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes. I will use your supplied logo, colours, fonts and visual references to create a consistent design. If you do not have brand guidelines, we can agree on a simple visual direction. Full brand identity design is a separate service.
Can you add clickable links or fillable fields?
Clickable links to your existing website, questionnaire, forms or booking pages are included. Creating those forms, setting up automations and adding fillable PDF fields are separate services.
Which files and sizes will I receive?
You will receive an editable Canva link and PDFs for print and digital sharing in one agreed size: A4 or US Letter. A separate mobile layout or additional size can be added for an extra fee.
Will I see the design before the full packet is completed?
Yes. I will send a small sample layout for your approval before designing the full packet, so we can agree on the colours, fonts and overall style.
What counts as a page, and what do revisions include?
Every designed page counts, including the cover. Revisions cover changes to the agreed design using the supplied content. New pages, replacement content or a new design direction may require an additional quote.
