• converting sketches or old files into AutoCAD floor plans
• space plan design to help maximize your space
• creating mood and concept packages to create a general feel and help visualize your space 
• drawing detailed floor plans with furniture layouts 
• pull together paint colour schemes and offer personal design advice for spaces throughout the home
• PDF or DWG files
• 2D elevations & millwork design as requested 
• small revisions as requested (complete redesigns after initial package will not be considered a revision)
