What do you need from me to start testing?
I’ll need your application access (staging or test URL), test accounts if applicable, any user flows/business priorities, and API documentation (if API testing required). For mobile apps, share APK/IPA or TestFlight/Play Store access.
Do you test production websites/apps?
Preferably, I test in a staging/test environment to prevent impact on live users. If testing in production is required, we can plan risk-friendly checks together.
Do you perform automated testing?
This gig is focused on manual end-to-end and exploratory QA. If you need automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, API automation), send a message and I can tailor a custom offer.
What devices and browsers do you test on?
I test on the most common desktop and mobile resolutions/browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile responsive views. In case of mobile apps, I check on real android and iOS devices as well. If specific devices are required, let me know.
How long does the testing take?
Turnaround depends on app size and complexity. For typical web/mobile apps, testing starts within 24 hours and delivery ranges from 2–5 days for full end-to-end and exploratory testing. Delivery details will be finalized after requirements review.
Will I get a report?
Yes. You’ll receive a well-structured report with issues classified by severity/priority, steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs, and suggested improvements.
Can you help fix the bugs?
I don’t do development, but I clearly document bugs so your developers can fix them quickly. I can re-test after fixes, depending on no of revisions chosen during package selection.
