Does this add value to my trip?
Having someone to discuss about the trip, can add clarity to the same, adding additional layer of satisfaction, further we tend to leave many ideas, minor additions, work especially with last moment scheduling and support can help make better decisions and improve experience of the overall travel.
Why I added an option for being available during the trip.
Thinking of travelling alone, maybe it looked like a good option to me to have someone to ask queries or just know more about the place while travelling there, and also sometimes it can assure an additional layer of safety if someone is actively there in the area to guide a bit.
Why not just book via travel agents directly.
I would recommend taking their services, and this can be used as rechecking option for the given details as well, also if you wish to consider direct booking can assist with the same as well.
Invoicing and Billing?
As many travels can be work related and requires billings- assistance for collating the same is available - so that one can get easy refund from their department. Recommended billing for personal travels also to keep an account of how the spending happens for reference - logs are good decision data.
Cabs and on ground support- elaboration.
so can inform about the local transport available, and also assist with bookings of cabs through apps like uber, MMT or any other choice. For any intercity cab travels, can also asisst with bookings as per requirements from professional vendors to apps or recommend local trains and metro options.
Train bookings
can assist with direct train bookings or through agents - it would be a good experience to be on trains !!!!!
Itinerary and PPT support
Especially if you are someone who likes to have clear plan before going into the uncertainty of the terrain- having an itinerary is a good option to improve clarity and easy throughout the travel days (and reduce anxiety) and further for picture collation or a work presentation - PPT as required.
