What should I send you before ordering?
Tell me which platform you want, what users should be able to do, and which services the bot must connect to. Examples or a simple workflow help. I will confirm the scope and required API access before you order.
Can one bot work on several platforms?
Yes, we can scope a multi-platform solution. Each listed package covers one platform. Additional platforms require extra integration work and are quoted separately.
Can you add payments, subscriptions or an admin dashboard?
Yes. Send me the payment provider and the workflow you need. We will confirm the required integrations and package before ordering. A custom web admin dashboard is quoted separately.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Every package includes source code and setup instructions, so you can run the bot on your own infrastructure and maintain or extend it later.
Do you provide hosting?
Premium includes deployment to one VPS provided by you. Basic and Standard include setup instructions; deployment can be quoted separately. Hosting, platform charges and paid API usage are not included.
How do revisions work?
Basic includes 1 rounds, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Each round covers consolidated feedback on the agreed functionality. New features, platforms or integrations require a separate estimate.
Can the bot support multiple languages?
Yes. Premium includes two interface languages using texts or translations supplied by you. Additional languages can be quoted separately.
Can you build a bot with AI-powered replies?
AI-powered replies can be discussed as a separately scoped integration. The listed packages cover rule-based bots and automation. AI provider usage fees are paid separately.
