I'll need a summary of your product idea, your primary business goals, any existing documentation (like a pitch deck or whitepaper), and access to key stakeholders for a brief initial discussion. The more context you provide, the better the final PRD will be.
Is this service for a brand new idea or an existing product?
Both! I can create a foundational PRD for a brand new product from scratch, or I can craft a detailed PRD for a new major feature you plan to add to your existing SaaS or Web3 platform.
Do you have experience with Agile methodologies?
Yes, absolutely. My PRDs are designed to be used in an Agile/Scrum environment. I specialize in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that your development team can directly translate into their sprints.
Is a 1-hour call included?
A brief initial kickoff call (15-20 minutes) is included in all packages to align on the project scope. The Premium package includes a more in-depth workshop and a final review call. Additional consultation can be added as a Gig Extra.
What format will the final PRD be in?
The standard deliverable is a well-structured document (Google Docs or PDF). For the Premium package, I will also include user flow diagrams created with a tool like Miro or Figma.
