What I do before we talk

You fill out a short intake form when you book. I read it before we meet, so we don't spend the first 20 minutes catching me up.

What happens on the call

We map out your goal, find where the real bottleneck is, and decide on a direction. If you've been going in circles, this is usually where it stops.

What you get after

A written summary: the decisions we made, your next steps, and any tools, prompts, or builds we discussed. Something you can actually act on.
