Should I message you before placing an order?
Yes. Please tell me which form plugin and email provider you use, what happens when the form is submitted, and which package you are considering. Do not send passwords before ordering.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers one form and one WordPress-side admin notification issue. Standard adds authenticated SMTP, admin and customer emails, reply-to settings, logs, and five tests. Premium covers up to three forms, stored-entry inspection, CSV export, and a findings report.
What access will you need?
A temporary WordPress administrator account is normally required. Depending on the cause, temporary or collaborator access to your hosting, DNS, or email provider may also be needed. Which WordPress form plugins do you support?
I work with Fluent Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and Elementor forms. Please message me first if your website uses another plugin or a custom form.
Can you recover missing leads?
I can inspect and export entries that were successfully stored in WordPress. Submissions that were never captured or saved cannot be recovered.
Can you guarantee that every email reaches the inbox?
No seller can guarantee inbox placement because spam filters and email-provider policies are outside WordPress. I will configure the included delivery system, inspect available logs, and verify it with test submissions.
Are SMTP services and paid plugins included?
No. Paid plugin licenses, email-provider subscriptions, sending charges, domain purchases, and other third-party costs are paid separately by the buyer when required.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers correcting work within the package originally purchased. It does not include another form, a different website, new features, or an unrelated email problem.
Do you repair WooCommerce or custom mail servers?
This Gig focuses on contact, enquiry, and lead forms. WooCommerce transactional emails, hacked websites, custom mail-server administration, and enterprise email systems are not included.
