I have sat in the rooms where organisations spent millions figuring out what I can help you figure out in days. In 2023 I was awarded Most Impactful Tech and Business Consultancy MD. Not at all. Everything I deliver is in plain business language. No acronyms, no jargon, no assumptions about your technical background. If you can describe your business to me, I can do the rest
What information do I need to provide before we start?
Once you place your order you will receive a short pre-work questionnaire. It takes around ten minutes to complete and gives me everything I need to hit the ground running. No preparation required on your end before that.
What do I actually receive at the end?
Depending on your package you will receive a written audit document, a prioritised set of AI recommendations and where relevant a presentation ready summary. Everything is delivered as a clean document you can act on immediately.
Which industries do you specialise in?
My deepest experience is in energy, utilities, finance and professional services. That said the fundamentals of AI adoption apply across sectors and I work with founders and business owners across a wide range of industries.
Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
Yes. If you start with the Basic package and want to expand the scope, I will credit what you have already paid toward the higher tier.
