What file formats do you accept?
I work with Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV (.csv) files. If you have a different format like .txt or Google Sheets, just message me — I can usually work with those too.
Is my data safe and confidential?
Absolutely. Your data is only used to complete the job and is deleted afterwards. I'm happy to sign an NDA if needed.
What if my file is larger than the package allows?
No problem — just message me before ordering and I'll create a custom offer that fits your file size and needs.
Do I need to explain exactly what to fix?
Not necessarily. You can just send the file and describe the end goal. I'll review it and let you know what I find and how I'll fix it.
Do you write Python scripts, or just clean the file manually?
Both! For the Premium package I include a Python (pandas) automation script so you can re-run the same cleaning process yourself on future data. All packages use Python under the hood for speed and consistency.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited revisions are included in every package. Just tell me what needs adjusting and I'll fix it — no extra charge.
