How many revisions do I get?
1 on Basic, 2 on Standard, 3 on Premium. Extra revisions are available as a small add-on if you need more.
Will the chatbot make things up, or does it actually know my business?
On Standard and Premium, I use retrieval (RAG) so the bot pulls answers from your actual docs or FAQ instead of guessing — that's the difference between a generic bot and one that just sounds confident.
What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever content you want the bot to reference (docs, FAQs, product info) for Standard/Premium, plus where you want the chat widget embedded on your site.
Do you support multiple languages or user logins?
Not in the current packages — message me before ordering if you need either, and I'll scope it as a custom quote.
