Why choose a human designer over an AI logo generator?
AI generators pull from templates and existing designs — that's why so many AI logos look alike. Every logo I create is 100% hand-drawn and original, built around your brand's strategy, not a database. You're paying for craftsmanship an algorithm can't replicate.
Do you help with trademark registration?
Yes — I'll export your logo into a correctly sized JPG ready for filing (USPTO, UK IPO, or elsewhere), plus your standard AI, EPS, SVG & PDF files and general filing tips. Not legal advice — consult an attorney for official filing.
What is a Vector/Source file and why do I need it?
Without a vector file, you can't print your logo, use it on signage, or resize it without blur and pixelation — that's all a raster or AI-generated file can give you. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) scale infinitely and stay razor-sharp at any size. Every package includes them.
What is the S.I.S. Framework?
S.I.S. stands for Strategy, Identity, System — my process for the Complete Brand Identity System package. We start with a discovery phase (Strategy), design your visual identity (Identity), then document it all in a brand guidelines system (System) so it's built to scale.

A full brand identity goes beyond a logo — it's the complete visual system for your business: logo, color palette, typography, patterns, stationery, social media assets, and brand guidelines. It's what our Complete Brand Identity System package delivers.
Do you have other platforms where I can see your full portfolio?
It’s against the Fiverr Toss to share other platform accounts. But I can send my additional work, just specify if you have some specific request, what kind of designs you want to see.
What if I don't like any of the concepts you send?
That's what unlimited revisions are for — we keep going until you do. Tell me specifically what's not working (style, colors, fonts, mood) and I'll create new directions at no extra cost. My refund policy also has you covered if we truly can't find the right fit.
Can I upgrade or add extras after I order?
Yes — you can upgrade your package or add extras (like an animated logo reveal, stationery, or extra concepts) any time during the project. Just message me and I'll send an updated offer to add on, no need to cancel or start a new order.
Is my logo 100% unique, or could someone else get something similar?
ours, 100%. I don't use templates, clip art, or AI generation — every logo is designed from scratch specifically for your brand, so it won't show up in a bargain generator's library or on someone else's business card. What you get is exclusively yours.
Do you sign NDAs or keep my project confidential?
Absolutely — your brand, business plans, and files are treated as confidential by default, and I'm happy to sign your NDA before we start if you'd like extra peace of mind. Your project details are never shared, reused, or shown publicly without your permission.
