This package covers ONE Excel (.xlsx) sheet or CSV file with up to 100 data rows and 10 columns. Using agreed rules, I will remove exact duplicates, trim unnecessary spaces, remove empty rows and standardize specified text, date or number formats.
You receive the cleaned file and a short change summary with before/after row counts and any unresolved issues. Your original file stays unchanged. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged rather than guessed.
Please message me with a sanitized sample before ordering so we can confirm the rules and scope. Delivery is within 1 day after complete requirements are submitted. One revision covers corrections within the agreed scope.
This is a one-time file cleanup. Macros, formula repair, PDF/OCR conversion, external data collection, merging files and ongoing maintenance are outside this package.
