FAQ
Can you help us configure custom Permission Templates for our subcontractors?
Yes, absolutely. You don’t want external subcontractors or vendors peeking into your internal prime contracts or financial sheets. I will design custom role-based Permission Templates so your field guys, external trades, and architects see exactly what they need to see—and nothing more.
I only need a fast software adjustment. Is the Basic package right for me?
Yes, absolutely. The Basic package is designed specifically for a quick platform tune-up or discovery audit. If you have a broken user permission, a messy fieldset layout, or just need a trusted expert to look over your workspace configuration and map out a clean path forward.
What exactly do you need from me to get started on my workspace?
You do not need to share your master admin login credentials. To protect your company data, you can simply add my corporate email as a temporary system administrator within your Procore Company Directory.
We use a proprietary set of internal cost codes. Can you format them into Procore?
Yes. Whether your construction company relies on standard MasterFormat CSI divisions or a completely custom internal bookkeeping matrix, I can structure, clean, and import your complete database into the Procore Financials module so your budgets mirror your exact accounting style.
Will your configuration work disrupt our active project schedules or field teams?
Not at all. I handle all backend configurations, routing path setups, and blueprint uploads quietly in the background or during your off-hours. Your live project pipelines, active mobile daily logs, and office team communications will remain completely uninterrupted.
What does the $100 Subcontractor Onboarding Hub gig extra actually include?
It builds a foolproof portal inside your workspace to vet external trades. I configure custom insurance tracking fields in your directory, a locked-down submission folder tree, and a master Action Plan template to automate your compliance risk
Do you handle the hyperlinking and indexing of our multi-page blueprint sets?
Yes, this is covered in our Standard package. I will upload and organize your multi-page PDF blueprint drawing sheets, ensuring Procore's OCR system correctly processes the sheet numbers, maps your historic revision sets, and auto-hyperlinks your detail callouts for your superintendents.
Are you officially certified by Procore to handle our account layout?
Yes, and You are getting the exact same enterprise-grade data structures, strict document controls, and workflow logic taught by Procore's own engineering teams, but at an incredibly accessible, freelance-friendly price point.
