FAQ
I already use Zoho CRM. Do I have to rebuild everything?
No. Most of what I do is wiring an existing setup, not starting over. I audit what's there first, then build the missing links — deal-to-invoice, CRM-to-dashboard — without touching data you already depend on.
Flow or Deluge — which one do I actually need?
Flow connects Zoho apps to outside tools, no code. Deluge handles logic Flow can't — custom calculations, conditional updates, tax rules. Most setups need both. I'll tell you which your request actually calls for.
Can you just turn on Zia for us?
Zia is only as good as the data behind it. Toggle it on over messy fields and broken pipelines, and you get bad predictions, not insight. Part of the build is making your data clean enough for Zia to actually mean something.
Do you just connect the data, or build the dashboards too?
Both. Connecting CRM and Books to Analytics is the plumbing. The dashboard is built around what your team needs to see daily — not a template with every metric dumped on one screen.
We only use one or two Zoho apps. Is connecting the rest worth it?
Depends. If your current setup is working, I won't sell you automation you don't need. I'll tell you straight if what you're asking for isn't worth the cost.
How long does a full CRM–Books–Analytics build take?
Depends how much already exists and how clean your data is. You get a real number after I see your instance — not a guess upfront.
