ERP CRM IMPLEMENTATION EXPERT
About this Gig
How long does it take your team to turn a site walkthrough into a number the client can see? If the honest answer is "a day or two," that's not a JobTread problem. That's a setup problem
and that's where i come in!!
PROOF:
- For a remodeling company running estimates off spreadsheets, I built their JobTread foundation Cost Catalog, multi-tier Budget Templates, Schedule Templates with Day 1/Day 2 offset logic then layered a custom AI estimating assistant on top, turning a voice note or rough scope into an accurate estimate
- For an exterior services company, I rebuilt their access structure eight roles across permissions and notifications so the right person sees the right task stage, nothing more.
WHAT I BUILD:
- Cost Catalogs: unit costs, burden, margins as rules
- Budget Templates: reusable, multi-tier, across project types
- Schedule Templates: auto-populated dates, offset logic
- Workflow Integration; budgets linked live to schedule tasks
- AI Estimating Assistant: voice, text, or scope to estimate in minutes
- Access & Role Configuration: right person, right task stage
- Migration from BuilderTrend, spreadsheets
I'll map out your bottleneck first, then we proceed to the build

FAQ
Can you clean up my QuickBooks data before syncing it to JobTread?
Absolutely. Syncing "garbage" data only creates more work later. In the Premium package, I perform a data audit to ensure your Chart of Accounts and Cost Codes in QuickBooks/Zoho Books align perfectly with JobTread before we push the "sync" button.
Will my field crew actually be able to use this, or is it too complex?
This is the biggest fear for most GCs. I focus on Simplified Field Views. I set up the mobile interface so your team only sees what they need (Tasks, Daily Logs, Time Tracking) without getting lost in the backend financials.
I’m coming from Buildertrend/CoConstruct—can you move my old data?
Yes. Transitioning is my specialty. I assist in exporting your historical data (Vendors, Customers, Price Lists) and mapping it to JobTread’s structure so you don't lose your business history.
How do I know if my "Cost Codes" are set up correctly for job costing?
Generic cost codes lead to profit leaks. During our Discovery (Basic) session, I review your trade type (Remodeling, Roofing, etc.) to ensure your codes allow you to track exactly where every dollar of labor and material is going.
Can JobTread handle "Cost-Plus" contracts, or only Fixed Price?
It handles both brilliantly. I will configure your budget templates to calculate markups based on your specific contract type, ensuring your "Allowances" and "Change Orders" are transparent for the client but profitable for you.
Do I have to pay for my Subcontractors to have access?
No! One of JobTread's best features is the free Vendor Portal. I will set up your system so you can send Bid Requests and Purchase Orders to subs, and they can upload invoices/photos without ever needing a paid seat.
Can we automate the "Lead to Estimate" process?
Yes. I can set up a custom Lead Intake Form for your website that feeds directly into JobTread. From there, we can automate task reminders for your salesperson to ensure no bid goes cold.
Can you set up custom "Selection Sheets" for my clients?
Yes. I build interactive Proposals where your clients can choose their finishes (tile, paint, fixtures). When they click "Approve," the budget and the price update automatically, saving you hours of manual data entry.
How does the AI estimating assistant actually work?
I connect your JobTread Cost Catalog to an AI system via API. You describe the job — by voice note, or text — and the assistant pulls from your actual catalog data to generate a structured estimate. It can be delivered through a chat widget on your website or via Claude Desktop
Does the AI integrate directly with my JobTread account or is it a separate tool?
It's connected to your JobTread data through the API, so the estimates it generates are built from your real cost items, margins, and labor rates — not generic numbers. The interface sits outside JobTread, but the output reflects your actual catalog logic.
