Absolutely. Syncing "garbage" data only creates more work later. In the Premium package, I perform a data audit to ensure your Chart of Accounts and Cost Codes in QuickBooks/Zoho Books align perfectly with JobTread before we push the "sync" button.
Will my field crew actually be able to use this, or is it too complex?
This is the biggest fear for most GCs. I focus on Simplified Field Views. I set up the mobile interface so your team only sees what they need (Tasks, Daily Logs, Time Tracking) without getting lost in the backend financials.
I’m coming from Buildertrend/CoConstruct—can you move my old data?
Yes. Transitioning is my specialty. I assist in exporting your historical data (Vendors, Customers, Price Lists) and mapping it to JobTread’s structure so you don't lose your business history.

Does the AI integrate directly with my JobTread account or is it a separate tool?
It's connected to your JobTread data through the API, so the estimates it generates are built from your real cost items, margins, and labor rates — not generic numbers. The interface sits outside JobTread, but the output reflects your actual catalog logic.
