I need the architectural plans (PDF or DWG)
What if my project doesn’t match one of the pricing packages? How will cost be determined?
Just send me a message with the project details and files. I’ll review the scope and send a custom quote and a detailed pricing list.
What software/tools do you use?
I perform load calculations using Coolcals(ACCA-recognized),HAP Software and follow ACCA Manual J/N, Manual D and Manual S for equipment selection and duct design. I prepare final contractor-ready drawings in AutoCAD and provide schedules in Excel/PDF.
What if I need revisions after the contract is closed?
Even after contract closure, I continue supporting clients until full satisfaction is achieved. All required revisions and assistance are provided free of cost. I never charge extra for post-delivery support. My main goal is complete customer satisfaction and long-term professional relationships.
Can I use the deliverables for city/town permit?
Yes — I prepare permit-ready documentation that many jurisdictions accept. I also assist with permit submission and answering reviewer comments when needed.
Are you familiar with US standards and codes?
Yes — I regularly follow ACCA protocols and US residential design practices. I’ve completed 79+ residential projects (I have successfully completed and submitted heating and cooling load calculations for 50+ projects, all of which passed verification and received approval.) for US clients.
