I will integrate an AI assistant that answers from your approved content, shows its sources and gives users a clear next step when it cannot answer.
For existing web, mobile and desktop apps, SaaS products and client portals with repeated support or onboarding questions.
Choose your scope:
Pilot: one assistant in your staging app, one sample document set, cited answers and fallback.
Production: app integration, one document source, existing user-access checks, usage limits, testing and handover.
Workflows: production assistant plus one helpdesk connection, document update tools and team training.
Each package covers one existing app codebase and one backend environment. You receive source code and setup instructions. We agree on supported questions and acceptance checks before development.

Which apps and technologies can you work with?
Existing web, mobile and desktop apps, subject to a codebase review. Send your stack, app link and user problem before ordering. Each package covers one app codebase and one backend environment. New builds, extra codebases and major repairs need a separate scope.
What is included in the pilot?
One assistant in your staging app, up to 10 clean text documents / 25 pages total, cited answers, unknown-answer fallback, source code and a pilot review. This is a staging pilot; public production release requires the appropriate production scope.
What do the production packages include?
One English-language assistant, one document source (up to 50 clean documents / 200 pages), existing access rules, usage limits, testing and handover. The pilot is included. Workflows adds one helpdesk API connection, document update tools and training.
Can the assistant answer every question accurately?
No AI can guarantee that. We define supported topics, test realistic questions, show sources and provide a fallback when evidence is missing. Your team approves the agreed test results before release.
Are hosting and AI usage fees included?
No. You pay hosting, AI model usage and other vendor subscriptions. We agree on providers and budget controls before implementation. Secrets stay on the backend and are not embedded in the app.
What do revisions and follow-up cover?
Revisions adjust the agreed feature. New features, languages, data sources, extra codebases and unrelated repairs are separate work. Production includes 14 days of fixes to delivered scope; Workflows includes 30. Store review timing is outside the delivery promise.
Will I receive the source code?
You receive the custom integration source and setup instructions. Existing app code, third-party libraries and AI services retain their own ownership and licence terms.
