When will you deliver my order?
It will be delivered in 24 hours. Most orders will take a FULL 24 hours to deliver. Scripts over 1000 words will take longer. You can purchase the "Fast Delivery" gig extra for faster delivery (only for scripts 500 words or less). I also offer 1 Hour Delivery, but you must message me first for that.
If I purchase the Background Music gig extra, can I choose the song?
Yes, When you order the Background Music gig extra, I will send you a link to choose a song or I can choose a song for you.
What audio format do you provide?
Standard audio format I provide is .MP3 . If you require .WAV format or any other specific export format, please select the "HQ Audio file" gig extra when you order.
Are script changes included if a revision is nee
I'm happy to accommodate script changes of a few words or a line at no charge. Any major changes after I've already delivered, will require another revision purchase to cover the extra recording & editing time. I can send you a custom offer for this.
When do I send my script and other information?
After you have placed the order, you will be taken to a page where you can provide me with your script, your accent choice, format required, and any other information pertaining to any extras you might need.
What accent and language do you offer?
I offer a standard American and standard British English accent. Review my demo videos to hear my accent. NOTE: If your script contains words that are foreign to me in a different language, there's no guarantee I will be able to pronounce them properly. Please message me first if this applies to you
