The Process:
- I'll ask you some questions to get an idea of what kind of system works for you
Sample questions:
- What will you be using the machine for?
- What games do you play?
- What is your budget?
- Is there a specific color theme you're looking for?
2. From there I spec out your machine & send you a quote for parts
3. Once the parts are delivered your machine is built & goes through strenuous testing for 3-7 days
4. Once testing is completed the machine is carefully packed & shipped to you (shipping prices can be expensive due to size)
5. You receive the machine with unpacking instructions
*A fully custom (art piece) paint job is extremely laborious due to sanding, layering , dry times, etc. so it will add at least $800 to your system depending on the design. Decals are a cheaper option.
*Add an extra $1200 to your budget for custom water cooling

FAQ
Why does labor cost so much?
Building a PC is not a simple task. There's numerous hours of research involved as well as tons of hours spent testing once the machine is built. A typical job is 72 hours altogether including testing. These positions pay at minimum $16/hr so 72x16=$1152 which means you're getting a major discount.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes I do, but expect the shipping to be very expensive for large PCs ($200 USD or more.)
Can I pick up my machine to avoid shipping costs?
Yes, if you're local to Chicago, Illinois we can arrange a time & date for you to pick up your machine.
Are you able to send an itemized list of hours spent actually working on my machine?
Sure can, but as noted you're already having the machine built at a major discount ($100-$400 vs. $1172+ for 72 labor hours) Think about it this way, through my professional IT services I make about $35-$100/hr, but I'm dedicating 7-29 days to build PCs for $100-$400. The price is a major bargain.
