I will build a whatsapp or telegram ai chatbot for sales and support

About this gig
Your customers already live in WhatsApp and Telegram. I build AI chatbots that answer there in seconds, 24/7, from your real content: price lists, FAQs, catalogs, policies, booking rules.
What the bot does: answers questions from your documents and website, with the same grounding rules I use for website chatbots so it does not invent facts; qualifies leads and collects contact details; takes bookings or orders and writes them to your CRM, Google Sheets or database; sends order status, reminders and follow-ups; hands the chat to a human when needed, with the full history.
Stack: official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or a provider like Twilio or 360dialog) and Telegram Bot API, with Claude or GPT under the hood, n8n for the integrations, your own API keys and accounts, so you own everything.
I design before I build. The conversation flow, tone and fallback logic are agreed with you first, then I ship a working bot you test with real customers.
To start, tell me what customers usually ask, send your FAQ or price list, and say which channel comes first.

FAQ
Do I need an approved WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, for WhatsApp you need a Meta Business account with the WhatsApp Business API. I guide you through it or set it up with a provider like Twilio or 360dialog. Telegram needs nothing but a free bot token.
Will the bot answer in my customers' language?
Yes. The bot detects the language and replies in it. Multi-language support is included in the Premium package and available as an add-on for Standard.
What does it cost to run per month?
The AI runs on your own API key, usually a few cents per conversation. WhatsApp charges per conversation according to Meta pricing for your country; Telegram is free. Hosting on the free tier is enough for most businesses.
