How fast do you reply to customers and what are your working hours?
I reply very fast, within 10-15 minutes during my working hours. I work 4 hours per day, example 9AM to 1PM South Africa time. I can adjust hours to match your business. After my hours, I send a polite message that we will continue tomorrow.
