About this gig
Looking to get your fiction or nonfiction book ready for readers? I'm here to help make that happen. My job is to get your words off the manuscript and into a format that's both good-looking and reader-friendly.
I specialize in taking the process off your plate so you can relax knowing its in expert hands. Communication stays clear and straightforward, and you receive files that are ready for upload without needing to manage each detail yourself.
Personalized Layouts: I'll work with you to create a layout that fits your book perfectly, making it easy and enjoyable to read.
My formatting includes:
- Title page & copyright page
- Page numbers & running heads
- Table of contents with page references (clickable for ebook)
- I'll make sure your pictures are perfectly placed to complement your text
- Consistent, attractive formatting for readability and aesthetics
- Print-ready PDF and ePub for seamless upload
Please note that the pricing for cookbooks, workbooks or photo heavy books will differ since their formatting is more complex.
Your file should be Word or Google doc. Please let me know if you only have PDF.

Hi, I’m Naya — book editor, formatter, indexer, and cover designer. I help self-published authors turn manuscripts into clean, professional books ready for KDP or IngramSpark. I handle copyediting, proofreading, interior layout, back-of-book indexing, and cover design, and I stay in communication so the process feels clear and manageable. Your words stay yours — I just help them look and read their best.

Ongoing collaborationThis is my fourth book working with Naya. Without question it was the hardest, as it's my first work of fiction. As usual Naya handled it with professionalism, grace and creativity. After what seemed like endless revisions (all my fault) she turned out a final product which is perfect! I've said this...

I have no words for this first time experience. Naya had to work with a first time children’s author who is just learning the ropes. She took my project from Canva and edited, added wonderful details, and helped finalize everything to download to Kindle. The kindness and patience she showed was exceptional. The...

Ongoing collaborationOnce again, Naya did a great job, this time involving several iterations to make small changes that she was completely co-operative with. Despite the face this was a small order, she put her heart and soul into it. A great experience to work with her.
