Do you have a component that needs a jig, fixture or tooling designed? I can help you with that. This gig is for the design of custom tooling, jigs or fixtures for your components. for the project outcomes, please read below.
I am a mechanical design engineer with over six years of experience in a manufacturing/design environment. I have designed jigs and fixtures that have been used in aiding manufacturing of many components that have been then used throughout the world. The tooling that I will produce for you will be ready for the real world and can then be sent for mass production.
I will provide you with:
- Design services for your custom jig, fixture or tooling requirements. (I can come to you in see the components and discuss in person at an additional cost)

-A Full 3D CAD Model that can be used for CAD/CAM application
- 3D renders of your part
- Manufacturing drawings (if required) for you to get your parts manufactured.
