What counts as one bug?
One incorrect behaviour with a single root cause: one exception, one broken endpoint, one wrong calculation. If your description turns out to contain multiple unrelated issues, I will message you before doing any extra work, and we will agree on an extra or a custom offer.

My project is plain Java, not Spring Boot. Can you help?
Yes. Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Maven and Gradle builds, and SQL or NoSQL data layers are all in scope. I do not take Android apps or Java game projects.

What if the bug cannot be fixed, or is much bigger?
If I cannot reproduce or fix it, I will let you know quickly, and we will cancel for a full refund. If it is fixable but larger than the package, I pause and message you with options first. I never silently expand scope or add charges without your agreement.
Is my code kept confidential?
Yes. Your code is used only to diagnose and fix your issue, never shared or reused, and deleted from my machines after the order completes. Everything stays on Fiverr. Would you prefer not to share the full repo? A stripped-down project that reproduces the bug works too.
What counts as a revision?
A revision fixes delivered work that does not meet the agreed scope; for example, the bug still reproduces with the agreed steps. New bugs, new features, or changes outside the agreed scope are gig extras or new orders, not revisions.
What is your response time and timezone?
I am based in India (IST); my active hours are IST evenings and weekends, which overlap US mornings and EU afternoons. I reply within 24 hours, usually much faster, and you will always know the status of your order.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes, via a custom offer. If you want retainer-style help - monitoring a fix, handling new issues as they appear, or gradual refactoring - message me after delivery, and I will scope a custom offer that fits.
