Do you also do sound design?
Yes, I can. However it is not my specialization, and I always recommend real professionals for proper atmospheres. Simple foley and soundscape I can do without issues.
Can you work with synths?
Sure thing! I've made plenty of scores with only electronic instruments. My favourite way is certainly doing orchestral scores, but anything that would work best on the film I'll gladly do.
