A standard character sheet focuses on personality and poses. A plush reference sheet is a technical document that focuses on construction. It includes orthographic views (perfectly aligned front/side/back) so a pattern maker knows exactly how to build the 3D volume and where to place the seams.
Can you work from a rough sketch or just a description?
