What do you need from us to run the audit?
Access to see how things currently work, and 45 to 60 minutes with the person who actually does the process rather than the person who designed it. Those are usually different people and that gap is where most of the findings are.
What if the audit says our processes are fine?
Then we say that. You will have paid for a clear answer and a map you did not have, which is cheaper than six months of building automations you did not need.
Do you only recommend tools you sell?
No. Sometimes the honest recommendation is that your current stack is fine and the problem is process, or that a 20 dollar tool solves it. We will say so even when it costs us the follow up project.
Can this turn into the implementation?
Yes, and Audit and Build already includes the top three. For anything larger, the roadmap is scoped so you can execute it with us, with your team, or with anyone else.
