About this Gig
At The Optimal Flow we fix Make accounts that have grown faster than anyone could maintain them.
It starts small. A scenario for leads, another for invoices, one more for the weekly report. Two years later there are forty of them, three are broken, nobody knows what half of them do, and the operations bill keeps climbing. Deleting anything feels dangerous because nothing is documented.
Who this is for
- Teams with scenarios failing silently or erroring every week
- Accounts built by someone who has since left
- Companies whose operations spend keeps growing without anyone knowing why
What we do
- Audit every scenario: what it does, what it costs, what state it is in
- Fix the broken ones and add error handling that alerts a person when it matters
- Rebuild fragile chains into fewer, sturdier scenarios that cost less to run
- Document everything, so the next person does not inherit a mystery
Nothing gets deleted along the way. Everything is archived and reversible, and you approve the plan before we touch a live scenario.
Message us with a rough idea of your account size, or click Continue and we will start with the audit.

FAQ
Will anything break while you work?
No. We audit read-only first, and every change is made on cloned scenarios before switching over. Nothing is deleted: old versions are archived and reversible.
Our account was built by someone who left. Is that a problem?
It is the most common case we see. The audit reconstructs what each scenario does from the scenario itself, so we do not need the person who built it.
Can you reduce our monthly operations cost?
Usually yes. Redundant runs, polling that should be webhooks and oversized scenarios are the usual culprits. The audit quantifies the saving before you commit to the cleanup.
What do you need from us to start?
Admin access to your Make organization and fifteen minutes on a call to hear the history. That is enough for the audit.
