About this Gig
At The Optimal Flow we build the sending infrastructure that decides whether your outbound is read or filed as spam.
Most cold email fails before the copy matters. 77 percent of deliverability problems trace back to domain health, not to what the email says. Teams buy a sending tool, plug in their main domain, send 200 emails on day one, and spend the next month wondering why nobody replies.
Who this is for
- Teams starting outbound who do not want to risk their primary domain
- Companies whose open rates fell off a cliff and cannot explain it
- Operators scaling volume who need redundancy before they need more leads
What we set up
- Separate sending domains, so your main domain is never exposed
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified, not assumed
- Warmup run on a real schedule before a single prospect is contacted
- Monitoring so a reputation problem surfaces in days, not quarters
- A sending plan with volumes your infrastructure can actually carry
Deliverability with proper warmup runs around 94 percent. Without it, 61. That gap is the whole gig.

FAQ
Are the domains and mailboxes included in the price?
No, and they are cheaper than people expect. Domains run about 12 dollars a year each, mailboxes 4 to 6 per inbox per month. Foundation costs roughly 30 to 40 a month to run, Enterprise 150 to 200. We tell you the number before you order.
How long before I can actually send?
Foundation: 7 days of warmup, then 10 per inbox per day. Scale: 14 days, then up to 20. Enterprise: 21 days of warmup and full volume around day 30. Anyone who skips this step is selling you a burned domain.
Why not just use my company domain?
Because if it gets flagged, you lose more than outbound. Invoices, support replies and contracts start landing in spam too. Separate sending domains exist so that a bad campaign stays a bad campaign.
What if my reputation is already damaged?
Sometimes it recovers and sometimes the honest answer is to start on fresh domains. We check first and tell you which one you are looking at.
