FAQ
What if my first 3D print doesn't fit perfectly?
Filament shrinkage can occasionally happen depending on your material (like ABS or PETG). If your first test print needs a slight tolerance tweak, we will adjust the CAD model for you.
Do I need to mail you my physical PCB?
No shipping is required! You just need to send us a 3D STEP file of your board (easily exported from software like KiCad, Altium, or Eagle) or provide the exact measurements of your components using calipers.
Will the enclosure be ready for 3D printing right away?
Yes! As Mechatronic Engineers, we design specifically for FDM and SLA 3D printing. We calculate proper printer tolerances, wall thicknesses, and overhangs so you get a perfect fit without wasting filament.
Can you add cutouts for USB ports, screens, and buttons?
Absolutely. We can precisely map cutouts for USB-C ports, OLED displays, tactile buttons, antennas, or GPIO pins for your Raspberry Pi or ESP32 enclosure based on your layout.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive ready-to-print STL files. Depending on your chosen package, we also provide the source CAD file (STEP format for future editing) and high-quality 3D renders of your custom case.
