The lessons will be specific for your needs. The most common format is for me to explain some tools/techniques, and then for you to attempt to use them, consolidating the knowledge. This will also help to give you independence, knowing the tools is ok, but knowing when and how to use them is the key

Blender is free. About hardware, I do recommend having a computer with decent hardware if you want to do rendering. The best hardware that you'll find is on gaming computers, but some regular laptops will also do the job for the basics. You can always message me and I'll see what we can do.

Yes, without a problem. I do have some previous experience in game development as well, and having used both of those engines, I am confident to provide any help with exporting the models/textures from Blender.
