Do you work just with US companies?
Yes. I only work with domestic US companies and US bank accounts.

What type of bookkeeping services do you offer?
Record your transactions for up-to-date books & tax-ready financials. Provide a paper trail so you have the supporting documentation in case of an audit. A/P- Pay your bills for you (with your approval) or send to you for you to pay. Reconcile your accounts & run Balance Sheet and P&L reports.
Are you for long term projects or ongoing bookkeeping services?
Of course! My objective is to establish long term relationships with all my clients.
How do we start?
After we discuss your project specifics, You need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO file. You do this by logging into your QBO account, click on the Gear Icon, then Manage Users. You then choose to ADD USER then put in my email so that I can get the invite.
What if I have more than 90 days of transactions to import into QBO?
This is no problem, we can do this but you will need to download a CVS file from your bank with the transactions needed, or you will need to provide me with your bank statements.
What apps do you use with QBO?
I'm familiar with Hubdoc, Bill.com, Gusto payroll, Melio, and learning more. If you have an app integration you want, I can help you set it up.
