Yes, you can contact me, I will reply as soon as possible, if you already have all the briefs for the order requirements, you can immediately place the order without contacting me first.
What information or requirements do you need to begin?
1. Short description, about the logo / illustration you are looking for (optional) 2. Business name / Brand name 3. Tagline / Slogan / Motto (if you have any) 4. Image Reference (examples of logos, logos you like, your rough sketches, and others)
Differences between packages
1. Basic package will only get a black and white logo, without getting vector files or source files, 2. Standard package will get a color logo and vector files without source files, 3. Premium package, you will get a colored vector file and source file (Adobe Illustrator).
About Revision
You can request revisions while your order is active. Once I deliver the file, the order will be completed automatically within 3 days. Revisions can still be requested via Fiverr inbox if you miss the 3-day response window after delivery and haven't submitted a revision request yet.
Upgrade Package and Extra
You can always upgrade or add any extras you need. For example, if you initially order the basic package, you can request to upgrade to the standard or premium package, it's very flexible.

I use an iPad and Procreate to sketch and craft detailed initial illustrations. Then, I refine them using industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring your final vector files are perfectly scalable, clean, and professional.
