I check headers, row structure, required values, status and boolean fields, numeric formatting, and variant grouping. Duplicate SKUs or conflicting product values are flagged for review. I do not guess prices, invent SKUs, or merge products without your instructions.
You receive a separate UTF-8 CSV, a cell-level change log, and a validation summary listing anything that still needs your input. Your original file is preserved. You handle the import in your store; no store login is required.

Do you need my Shopify login?
No. This is a file-only service. You upload the CSV and import the repaired file yourself. Do not send production credentials or customer information.
What if prices or SKUs are missing?
I flag them and ask for your source of truth. I never invent commercial values or silently merge products. Missing information may remain in an exception report.
Do you guarantee every import will succeed?
No. I validate the agreed file rules and identify unresolved issues. Store settings, apps, image access and missing source data can affect import results. Actual import verification happens in your store.
What does a revision include?
One correction of an error in my delivered file within the original scope. Premium also includes one review of returned Shopify import errors. New files, new mapping rules or changed requirements need a new scope.
Can you handle supplier files or inventory CSVs?

Is the sample real client work?
