Latin percussion lessons


General objective:


* That the student knows the history and origin of the instruments to be studied.

* That the student acquires technique and coordination through independence and sound exercises.

* That the student learns the different rhythmic patterns, in addition to their musical writing and the inclusion of these in popular music.

* That the student obtains the necessary knowledge to perform in the practice of Latin percussion.

Classes are once a week and last 35 minutes. What they work on:


* Development of techniques.

* Musical reading (Solfège)

Víctor Pérez R. born in the city of Talca, 37-year-old percussionist. He begins the study of his instrument in a self-taught way and forms part of numerous groups in his city. In 2012 he began his higher studies at the ARCIS University, the career of Interpreter Instrumental Mention Latin Percussion. From 2012 to the present he teaches private classes of Latin percussion. Percussionist in Afro-Latin, Colombian, Cuban, Peruvian and session player in various bands in the national media and music producer.
