1. What is included in this Gig?
I will design and build a responsive WordPress website based on your selected package. This can include theme setup, customization, content upload, plugins, forms, social media integration, and other features listed in your package.
2. Will you provide the website content?
Please provide your logo, text, images, and other brand materials if available. If your final content is not ready, I can use suitable placeholder content/images so we can proceed with the website design.
3. Do I need to purchase a domain and hosting?
Yes, you normally need a domain and hosting for your WordPress website. If you already have them, please provide the required access. If not, I can guide you or you can purchase my 1-Year Web Hosting Gig Extra.
4. Do you provide web hosting?
Yes. I offer 1-year WordPress web hosting as a Gig Extra for $100, including hosting configuration for your website. Alternatively, if you already have hosting, I can configure it using the Hosting Setup extra.
5. What is included in the Website Management extra?
The $50 Website Management extra covers 14 days of WordPress updates, maintenance, backups, and basic website support. If you need ongoing management, a full month of website management is available for $100.
6. Can you build an e-commerce/WooCommerce website?
Yes. WooCommerce/e-commerce functionality is available as a Gig Extra. I can set up the store structure and required functionality. Products and payment integration can also be added based on your requirements and selected extras.
7. Can you integrate payments, forms, or email autoresponders?
Yes. I can integrate contact/opt-in forms and, where required, payment gateways or email autoresponders. Payment and autoresponder integrations are available as separate Gig Extras depending on your requirements.
8. Do you provide premium themes or plugins?
Free themes/plugins can be used where suitable. If your website requires a paid theme, plugin, license, or third-party service, you will normally need to purchase and provide the required license unless otherwise agreed before ordering.
9. Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. I primarily build with Elementor, making it easy to edit pages, text, images, and other content yourself. I can also provide ongoing website management if you prefer continued support.
