Should I contact you before placing an order?
You may order Basic directly if your project fits its limits. Please message me first for Standard, Premium, complex dashboards, data cleaning, Power Query or VBA.
What information do you need from me?
Send an anonymized file or sample, what you need to track, required sheets, formulas, KPIs or charts, your Excel version, preferred style and deadline.
Is data cleaning included?
Only light organization agreed in the package is included. Large, messy or multi-source data cleaning requires file review and a custom offer.
Do these packages include VBA or macros?
No. Listed packages use formulas and native Excel features. Selected VBA may be available through a custom offer after feasibility review.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change within the agreed scope. New sheets, features, business rules, data sources or redesigns require a new quote.
Which spreadsheet software is supported?
This gig is mainly for Microsoft Excel Desktop. Tell me your Excel version and operating system before ordering. Google Sheets support must be confirmed first.
How should I protect sensitive data?
Please remove or replace personal, customer, financial or confidential information before sending your workbook or sample.
What support is included after delivery?
Standard and Premium include a usage guide. Premium includes seven days for questions or corrections related to the agreed scope. New features are separate.
