1. What do I need to provide?
Please provide your logo, business information, services, pricing rules, service areas, approved FAQs, images, contact details and preferred design style. Please also provide domain or hosting access when connection is included.
2. Are hosting and a domain included?
No. Domain registration, hosting plans and recurring service fees are not included. I can connect the completed website to your client-owned domain and hosting when selected.
3. Will the website work on mobile devices?
Yes. The website will be designed to work responsively across common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
4. Is the quote calculator’s price final?
The displayed amount is normally an estimate unless you provide complete fixed-pricing rules. The final price should be confirmed by your business after reviewing the customer’s exact requirements.
5. Is a live AI assistant included?
Standard packages may include a preset FAQ assistant using approved answers. A live Botpress, Chatbase or similar AI assistant requires the Live AI Assistant extra and your own platform account. Platform and API fees are not included.
6. Can the map follow actual roads?
Yes. A road-based map can use OpenStreetMap and a routing service to display the driving route, distance and estimated travel time between supported locations. Third-party map availability is outside my control.
7. Will the contact or booking form send real submissions?
The form can be connected to a suitable email, form or automation service when included in the agreed scope. The buyer may need to provide or create the required third-party account.
8. Do you build with WordPress, Wix or Shopify?
This Gig focuses on custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript websites. WordPress, Wix and Shopify development are not included unless discussed and confirmed before ordering.
9. Can you add features that are not listed?
Possibly. Please message me before ordering with the required feature. I will confirm whether I can provide it and send a custom offer when appropriate.
10. What is not included?
Custom AI models, customer login systems, databases, payment processing, complex CRM integrations, live vehicle tracking and advanced web applications are not included unless separately discussed and quoted.
