1. What types of Excel problems can you fix?
I can fix formula errors, incorrect totals, broken cell references, dropdown and data-validation issues, simple VBA macros, buttons, forms, and dashboard calculation problems.
2. Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send a brief description of the issue, the number of worksheets involved, and a screenshot or sample file. I will confirm the correct package before you order.
3. Can you fix complex VBA macros or Power Query files?
I can review simple VBA issues, but complex VBA, Power Query and external-data projects require inspection before I confirm the scope. Some projects may require a custom offer or may be outside this gig.
4. Will my spreadsheet data remain confidential?
I will use the provided file only to assess and complete the agreed work. Please remove or replace sensitive personal, financial or customer information whenever possible.
5. What counts as one formula repair?
One repair means one distinct underlying formula, reference or calculation issue. Repeated cells caused by the same underlying problem may count as one repair, while unrelated issues count separately.
6. Can you recover password-protected or corrupted files?
I do not remove passwords or bypass workbook protection. I may inspect accessible damaged files, but recovery from corruption cannot be guaranteed.
Do you repair Google Sheets files?
This gig is primarily for Microsoft Excel. Please contact me before ordering if your file was created in Google Sheets or converted between platforms, because formulas and features may behave differently.
