I will edit, proofread, and translate fiction manuscripts
About this Gig
Your story deserves to be read exactly as you meant it. I offer professional proofreading, copy editing, and English-to-IsiZulu and vice versa translation for fiction across all genres, from romance and fantasy to contemporary and beyond.
As an avid reader with a genuine love for storytelling, I bring more than just a red pen to your manuscript; I understand pacing, voice, and what makes a story work within its genre. Whether you need a final polish before publishing or a deeper edit to tighten your prose, I'll treat your work with the care and attention it deserves.
I offer a free sample edit (1 to 2 pages) so you can see my style before committing to a package. Let's make your manuscript shine.

FAQ
Do you offer a free sample before I order?
Yes! Message me with a short excerpt (1–2 pages), and I'll send back a free sample edit so you can see my style and approach before ordering.
What genres do you work with?
All fiction genres — romance, fantasy, contemporary, thriller, and more. I have particular strength in romance, fantasy, and danmei-adjacent fiction.
What's the difference between your packages?
Basic is a final proofread (typos, grammar). Standard is a copy edit (clarity, consistency, tightened prose). Premium is a deeper line edit, with optional English⇄IsiZulu translation. Message me if you're not sure which fits your project.
My manuscript is longer than 5,000 words — can you still help?
Yes — order the package that matches your needs, then add extra words via the Gig Extras option. Message me your word count first, and I'll confirm the turnaround time.
Do you sign NDAs / keep my work confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your manuscript and any details about it stay completely confidential.
How many revisions do I get?
This depends on your package tier (see package details above) — I want you to be fully happy with the final result within that package.
